Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived into a musical family, 9 August 1993 in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is the daughter and cousin to the singing sensation Dionne. At the age of a small girl, Houston started singing professionally with her church's choir. She was a backing vocalist for Chaka Khosns 1978 single Im Every Woman with her mom. The singer went on to sing the backing vocals of Lou Rawls Jermaine Jackson and her mother, and also did a brief stint as models on the cover of Seventeen magazine in 1981. She started as a featured vocalist for the New York-based New York Funk band Material. Her vocal quality performance attracted the attention of the major label Arista who signed her in 1983. The first Whitney Houston album was released in the year 1985. It became one of the most successful albums of an artist. From the album, she came out with several hits including Saving all My Love for You How Will You Know That You're Good to Love and The Greatest Love of All. This helped her achieve seven US Top Ones in a row. It was even better than the Beatles. The album itself sold three million copies in its first album's first year of release in the US and then went on to sell 25 million worldwide winning them the first six Grammies. The Whitney follow-up in 1987 with the singles Where Do Broken Hearts GO and I Wanna Dance With Somebody helped to further build upon the success of her debut album. It was, however it was the 1992 film The Bodyguard that solidified her standing as one of the most well-known artists. Even though the movie and actress' performance were not much praised, her soundtrack album with her version of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was her most popular album and single for a number of months. It sold more than 44 million copies around the world. The same year, she was married the former New Edition singer Bobby Brown with whom she has a single child Bobbi Kristina Brown in March 1993. At this point, her documented addiction to drugs began. By 1996, Bobbi Kristina Brown used to use drugs every day.

Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American reporter anchorwoman as well as political correspondent for CNN. The anchorwoman produced a number of shows on weekends on the network, including Evans & Novak: Late Edition" and Inside Politics." She has previously worked for NBC and CBS. Bash has received many awards, including a place at the top of the Women in Washington Power List by Elle magazine. Many young journalists admire her for having incredible reporting/anchoring skills. The George Washington University graduate is a loving mother to one son. She was twice married and is currently not. Bash is a sturdy and independent woman loves her admirers with all her heart.
