Whitney Elizabeth Houston is a singer who was born in Newark New Jersey on 9th August, 1963. The parents of her are gospel superstars Cissy Houston(n e Emily Lee Drinkard) as well as John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney's cousin Dionne warwick is also a singer.
